Hayley is a versatile director, with a strong focus on performances and a remarkable ability for visually beautiful story telling.
Hayley Mac’s graduate film was the outstanding “Hummingbirds” which has gone on to screen in festivals around the world. Her follow up short film “Growing Young” has seen similar success, winning awards internationally. After moving to London in 2014 Hayley began directing Big Brother UK, at just 23 years old. She has gone on to carve a name for herself in reality TV, directing shows such as Love Island UK, Survival of the Fittest and I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here to name a few.
Hayley also directs commercials and campaigns, working with such clients as Discovery Kids Network, MTV, Village Roadshow and Tourism QLD. She is an extremely versatile director with a strong focus on performances and a remarkable ability for visually beautiful storytelling.
Hayley is currently writing and developing a TV drama, Tumbling.
